Frank Rust – Owner
I started in the trucking industry in the early 90’s and I drove dump trucks and operated heavy equipment. In 1995 I went to work for Schneider National. I drove all over the USA and Canada driving vans, flatbeds, tankers, and containers. In 1998 I became an over the road trainer. From 2000 to 2008 I was an instructor at Schneider National. Now my wife, Sara and I purchased Gary’s Pilot Car Dispatch Company and own Pilot Car Company.   

Sara Rust – Owner
I have over 14 years of transportation experience.  My career started as a coordinator where I found out how important proper record keeping was an essential part of transportation. I moved into a role as a driver manager where I was able to manage experienced drivers and brand new drivers.  I had never imagined how much fun or how much of a challenge that role would be, but I felt that I could not really help the drivers that I was training if I didn’t have that knowledge of driving myself.  I went through the training and came out with my shiny new class A Commercial Driver License.
